天然气组成及总硫含量测量审核质量控制方法探讨

摘　　要：测量审核结果是实验室认可、评审机构判定实验室技术能力的重要依据,其结果得到国际相关认可机构的广泛承认。通过中国合格评定国家认可委员会能力验证提供者——中国石油西南油气田分公司天然气研究院的测量审核,天然气组成和总硫测量审核获得满意结果。总结提炼实验人员对测量审核过程中质量控制、数据处理及不确定度评定,持续改进实验室管理体系,提升天然气检测实验室管理水平。Measurement audit results are an important basis for laboratory accreditation and evaluation institutions to determine the technical capacity of laboratories,and their results have been widely recognized by relevant international accreditation institutions.Through the measurement audit conducted by the Natural Gas Research Institute of PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gas field Company,the capacity verification provider of China National Accreditation Commission for conformity assessment,we have obtained satisfactory results about the measurement audit of natural gas composition and total sulfur.Summarizing the quality control,data processing and uncertainty evaluation of refining laboratory personnel in the measurement audit process,the paper continuously improves the laborato⁃ry management system and enhances the management level of natural gas testing laboratory.
