摘  要:针对油气长输管道焊接作业存在的磁偏吹现象,分析了油气长输管道带磁的原因,介绍了油气长输管道常用的3种消磁方法,阐述了几种方法在工程实际中的运用实例。研究认为:受作业环境限制,单一的消磁方法一般难以满足复杂条件下的工程施工,多种消磁方式的灵活组合能够满足大多数情况下的焊接要求。同时,对于开展过漏磁内检测的管道,应将消磁机纳入施工准备范畴,避免因准备不充分影响施工进度。研究结论为工程技术人员的油气长输管道施工提供了有益的借鉴。Aiming at the phenomenon of magnetic bias blowing in the welding of long-distance oil and gas pipelines,the paper analyzes the reason for the magnetism of long-distance oil and gas pipeline,introduces three demagnetization methods commonly used in long-distance oil and gas pipeline,and describes the examples of the application of several methods in the engineering practice.It is believed that:owing to the restrictions of operation environment,a single demagnetization method is generally difficult to meet engineering construction under complex conditions;the flexible combination of multiple demagnetization methods can meet welding requirements in most cases.At the same time,for pipelines that have been detected by magnetic flux leakage(MFL),the demagnetizer should be included in the scope of construction preparation so as to avoid affecting the construction progress due to insufficient preparation.The research conclusions provide a useful reference for engineers and technicians in the construction of long-distance oil and gas pipelines.
