摘 要:作为电路超温保护中常见且重要的热熔断体,“保持温度”是其重要的特征参数之一,但多年来对热熔断体的“保持温度”的定义和试验方法存在着不同的理解,这种歧义给行业带来了困扰和影响。本文通过分析热熔断体“保持温度”的定义和试验方法,介绍了歧义的来源,并通过热熔断体工作原理的介绍,分析了歧义存在的原因;然后通过验证试验及结果分析哪种理解更为合理,并介绍对热熔断体“保持温度”问题的解决方法和进程。Thermal-links is a type of common and important over-temperature protection in circuit,"holding temperaturen is one of its important characteristic parameters,but there have been different understandings of the definition and test methods of uholding temperaturen for thermal-links over the years.This ambiguity brings confusion and influence to the industry.This paper introduces the source of ambiguity by analyzing the definition and test method of thermal-links u holding temperaturen,and analyzes the reason of ambiguity by introducing the working principle of thermal-links.Then through the verification test and results analysis of which understanding is more reasonable,and introduces the solution to the problem of uholding temperature,?of thermal-links and the process.
