Comparison of Heating Effect of Electric Heating Tiles、Fan Heaters and Oil Heaters Under Standard Scenarios

摘  要:电加热瓷砖是一种在传统瓷砖背面安装电加热板,利用热传导原理在瓷砖表面采暖的取暖器。本文通过在封闭隔热实验室空间中布局热电偶方式采集环境温升相关数据,对比测试了电加热瓷砖、暖风机、油汀三种取暖器的加热效果。结果显示,电加热瓷砖在距地面3 cm高度处加热效率有显著优势,在距离地面30 cm高度处和90 cm高度处,电加热瓷砖和暖风机、油汀的加热效率差别不大。温升速率方面,距地面3 cm高度,油汀升温最均匀,距地面30 cm和90 cm高度,整个试验过程中暖风机温升波动较大,油汀次之,电加热瓷砖的最小。相对湿度方面,电加热瓷砖试验时,环境相对湿度最终维持在30.2%,暖风机的为15%,油汀的为25.3%。Electric heating tiles are a kind of heater that heat the surface of tiles by installing an electric heating plate on the back of conventional tiles with the principle of heat conduction.In this paper,the heating effect of three kinds of heaters,namely,electrically heated tiles,heaters and oil heaters,was compared and tested by collecting data related to ambient temperature rise by laying out thermocouples in a closed insulated laboratory space.The results show that the heating efficiency of electrically heated tiles has significant advantages at a height of 3 cm from the ground,and the heating efficiency of electrically heated tiles,heaters and oil heaters is not much different at a height of 30 cm and 90 cm from the ground.In terms of temperature rise rate,at a height of 3 cm from the ground,the oil heater warms up the most evenly,and at a height of 30 cm and 90 cm from the ground,the temperature rise of the heater fluctuates greatly during the whole test,followed by the oil heater,and the electric heating tile fluctuates the smallest.The ambient relative humidity was finally maintained at 30.2% for electric heating tiles,15% for fan heaters and 25.3% for oil heaters.
