空调室外机高耐候喷涂内外场对比试验研究

摘  要:对空调室外钣金喷涂采用普通聚酯和高交联聚酯两种粉末配方,分别在内场进行紫外光人工加速老化试验和外场海南三亚进行自然暴晒试验,通过对比两种配方粉末试验样板在内外场试验后失光率、色差、粉化级别的变化,研究不同配方粉末的耐候性能以及人工加速老化试验和三亚自然暴晒试验的相关性。试验结果表明,高交联聚酯配方的粉末较普通聚酯粉末具备更优异的耐候性能,内场紫外光人工加速老化试验与外场三亚自然暴晒试验在失光率、色差变化趋势上存在类似分布规律,通过拟合非线性回归方程建立量化关联关系。Two powder formulations of ordinary polyester and high cross-linked polyester are used for outdoor sheet metal spraying of air conditioners.The ultraviolet artificial accelerated aging test is carried out in the inner field and the natural exposure test is carried out in Sanya,Hainan Province in the oirter field.By comparing the changes of the light loss rate,color difference and chalking level of the test samples made of the two formulations of powders after*the inner and outer field tests,The weatherability of different powders and the correlation between artificial accelerated aging test and Sanya natural exposure test were studied.The test resuIts show that the high crosslinked polyester powder has better weather resistance than the ordinary polyester powder.There is a similar distribution in the change trend of light loss rate and color difference between the indoor ultraviolet artificial accelerated aging test and the outdoor Sanya natural exposure test.The quantitative correlation relationship is established by fitting the non-linear regression equation.
