摘 要:结合京杭运河杭州八堡船闸闸室墙施工的特点,研制了闸室墙整体浇筑移动模架及皮带机输料系统。高大闸室墙通过移动模架整体支立定型钢模板,结合皮带机输料系统浇筑低坍落度混凝土工艺,实现一次性整体浇筑,避免了分层缝渗水、错台等缺陷,有效地解决了大体积混凝土采用常规泵送工艺坍落度大易形成裂缝的问题,提高了施工工效及闸室墙内在和外观质量。Considering the characteristics of the lock chamber wall in Hangzhou Babao Lock of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal,this paper introduces a mobile mold frame and belt conveyor feeding system for the integral pouring of the lock chamber wall.A set-shaped steel formwork integrally supports the high lock chamber wall through the mobile mold frame.Meanwhile,the low slump concrete pouring of the belt conveyor feeding system enables the one-time integral pouring of low slump concrete,which avoids water seepage and misalignment of layered joints.The proposed method solves the problem that large volume concrete with a high slump is prone to form cracks by the conventional pumping process,thereby enhancing the construction efficiency and internal and external quality of the lock chamber wall.
