摘 要:针对冷库制冷系统中常用的几种除霜方法和除霜控制方法的原理和特点进行了介绍。结合国内外研究着重分析了几种冷库除霜控制方法的控制原理和特点,并通过控制依据和输入参数的不同将其分为常规除霜控制法,霜层特征控制除霜法和智能控制除霜法。之后详细介绍了由霜层特征判断除霜过程起止点的方法和使用模糊控制及智能算法的智能除霜控制法的控制依据,特点和局限性。最后分析总结了冷库除霜方法和除霜控制方法的不足之处与改进方向。This paper introduces the principles and characteristics of several defrosting methods and defrosting control methods applied to the defrosting process of cold storage.Combined with the research status at domestic and foreign,it focuses on analyzing the judgment basis and characteristics of several cold storage defrosting control methods.According to the difference of control basis and input parameters,it is divided into conventional defrosting control method,frost layer characteristic control defrosting method and intelligent control defrosting method.Then,the control basis,characteristics and limitations of the methods of judging the start and end times by the characteristics of the frost layer and the intelligent defrosting control methods using fuzzy control and intelligent algorithm are introduced in detail.Finally,the improvement direction of the defrosting methods and defros-ting control methods of the cold storage is analyzed and summarized.
