摘 要:介绍了制冷空调行业中制冷剂管理的背景、国际政策法规进展,解读了T/CRAAS 1009—2022《制冷空调设备及系统制冷剂管理规范》的主要内容,包括制冷空调设备及系统在设计、开发和测试、制造、安装、维修、运行、保养、报废的整个寿命期内制冷剂管理的相关要求。该标准的发布实施将提升从业企业和人员制冷剂管理的意识和能力,从而减少制冷剂的泄漏和温室气体的排放。This paper introduces the background of refrigerant management as well as the progress of international policies and regulations of refrigerant management in the re-frigeration and air conditioning industry.This paper interprets the main contents of T/CRAAS 1009-2022 Technical specification for refrigerant manage ment of refrigerating and air-conditioning equipment and system,including the relevant requirements for re-frigerant management during the entire lifecycle of refrigeration and air-conditioning e-quipment and systems in design,product development and testing,manufacture,installa-tion,service,operation,maintenance and decommissioning.The release and implementa-tion of this standard will enhance the awareness and ability of enterprises and personnel to manage refrigerants in the industry,thereby reducing the leakage of refrigerants and greenhouse gas emissions.
