摘  要:电机烧毁是压缩机的典型质量问题,解剖电机烧毁的压缩机,其电机绕组主相对称烧毁,副线圈正常或轻微过热,与大电流冲击或制冷剂泄漏引起的电机烧损不同。通过试验研究电机绕组主相对称烧毁的失效机理,对解决电机烧毁问题提供一定的参考依据。Motor burning is a typical quality problem of the compressor,through the dissection of the motor burned compressor,the main motor winding of the compressor is relatively burned,the secondary coil is normal or slightly overheating,and the large current impact or refrigerant leakage caused by motor burning is different.In this paper,the mechanism of main winding relative weight burning out is studied experimentally,which has some reference significance to solve the problem of motor burning out.
