摘  要:以广州某地铁站制冷机房为研究对象,对其采用主动寻优控制系统后的性能进行分析。结果表明:与传统螺杆式冷水机组相比,串联逆流螺杆式冷水机组的COP提升11.8%,冷冻水泵和冷却水泵的节能率分别为65.7%和47.1%,冷却塔风机节能率为52.7%,制冷机房平均月综合能效比为6.03。研究结果可为高效制冷机房的推广应用提供参考。Taking the refrigerating station of a Guangzhou subway station as the study example,its performance based on active optimization control system is analyzed.The re-sults show that:compared with the conventional screw chiller,COP of the screw chiller with countercurrent cascade design can be increased by 11.8%,the energy-saving rates of the chilled water pump and cooling water pump are 65.7%and 47.1%respectively,the energy-saving rate of the cooling tower fan is 52.7%,and the monthly average comprehen-sive energy efficiency ratio of refrigerating station is 6.03.The results can provide reference for the application of high efficiency refrigerating station.
