摘 要:搭建了一种微小型槽式太阳能集热系统,并通过试验得出其运行的典型日结果,日照充足时,集热器的平均集热效率高达50.1%。将集热器规模化应用,与制冷机组一体化供能,微小型槽式太阳能集热系统布置于驾驶室顶棚,制冷机组布置于驾驶室后舱,集热面积为2 m2,制冷机组功率为0.2 kW,集热器可为制冷机组提供低温水。模拟得到制冷季能耗为93.7 kWh,比常规电空调节能15.9%;制热季能耗为133.6 kWh,比常规电空调节能10.0%,可满足某挖掘机驾驶室冷热需求。对耦合系统进行模糊评价,系统的评价因子为0.945,是最优的设计方案;系统的经济性得分为91.3分,属于较高等级,适合推广使用。A micro trough solar collector system was built,and the typical daily results of its operation were obtained.When the sunshine was sufficient,the average heat collec-tion efficiency of the collector was as high as 50.1%.The collector is applied on a large scale and integrated with the refrigeration unit for energy supply.The micro trough solar energy collector system is arranged on the cab ceiling,and the refrigeration unit is ar-ranged in the cab rear compartment.The heat collection area is2 m2,and the power of the refrigeration unit is 0.2 kW.The collector can provide low-temperature heat medium water for the refrigeration unit to meet the cooling and heating needs of the cab of an excavator.The energy consumption in the refrigeration season is 93.7 kWh,which is 15.9%less than that of conventional air conditioning;The energy consumption in the heating season is 133.6 kWh,which is 10.0%less than that of conventional air condition-ing.The fuzzy evaluation of the system shows that the evaluation factor of the system is 0.945,which is the best design scheme.The economic score of the system is 91.3,which is a good grade and suitable for popularization.
