摘 要:该研究为了解岗山水库浮游植物多样性与群落结构特征于2021年对岗山水库浮游植物进行6次野外采样调研。结果共鉴定浮游植物131种,隶属8门67属。绿藻门27属56种,硅藻门18属34种,蓝藻门12属26种,甲藻门、隐藻门各2属4种,裸藻门3属3种,金藻门2属3种,黄藻门1属1种。年优势种10种。浮游植物种类数月变幅为38~92;细胞丰度在5.38×10^(2)~1.46×10^(4)个/L之间,平均丰度为6.14×10^(3)个/L。多样性指数H变幅为1.61~8.06,平均值4.30;均匀度指数J为0.38~1.36,平均值0.80;丰富度指数D为1.98~4.63,平均值3.19。岗山水库浮游植物种类季节演替比较快,其群落结构变化规律为冬季硅-蓝-绿-隐藻型、春季隐-绿型、夏季蓝-绿-硅藻型、秋季硅-绿型。通过多样性指标判断,岗山水库水质处于轻污或无污状态。In order to explore the phytoplankton diversity and community structure characteristics of Gangshan Reservoir,this study conducted six field sampling surveys of phytoplankton in Gangshan Reservoir in 2021.Results showed a total of 131 phytoplankton species belonging to 8 phyla and 67 genera were identified.There were 56 species in 27 genera of Chlorophyta,34 species in 18 genera of Diatom,26 species in 12 genera of Cyanobacteria,4 species in 2 genera each of Dinoflagellata and Cryptophyta,3 species in 3 genera of Eutrichia,3 species in 2 genera of Chrysophyta,and 1 species in 1 genus of Xanthophyta.There were 10 dominant species in the year.The phytoplankton species ranged from 38 to 92.Cell abundance ranged from 5.38×10^(2)to 1.46×10^(4)cells/L,and the average abundance was 6.14×10^(3)cells/L.The diversity index H ranged from 1.61 to 8.06,with an average value of 4.30.The evenness index J was 0.38-1.36,with an average value of 0.80.The richness index D ranges from 1.98 to 4.63,with an average value of 3.19.The seasonal succession of phytoplankton species in Gangshan Reservoir is relatively rapid,and the community structure changes in winter silica-blue-green-cryptoalgae type,spring crypto-green type,summer blue-greendiatom type,and autumn silica-green type.Judging by the diversity indexes,the water quality of Gangshan reservoir is in the state of light pollution or no pollution.
