摘　　要：畜牧业是中国农业的重要组成部分,是关系国计民生的重要产业,肉蛋奶是百姓“菜篮子”的重要品种。高质量发展是“十四五”时期乃至更长时期中国经济社会发展的主题。提高畜牧业生产效率和竞争力为畜牧业高质量发展奠定基础。美国、德国、澳大利亚等发达国家在畜牧业现代化与高质量发展方面取得了良好的效果,中国与世界主要畜牧业发达国家相比,在动物的生产性能、绿色发展等指标上还存在较大差距。在系统分析上述3个国家畜牧业发展现状的基础上,梳理发达国家的畜牧业政策,总结发达国家畜牧业发展现有成功模式和典型做法,归纳发达国家畜牧业竞争力提升的基本经验,并分析发达国家经验对中国的启示和借鉴意义。Animal husbandry is an important part of China's agriculture and related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,and meat,egg and milk are the important varieties of people's"vegetable basket".High-quality development is the theme of China's economic and social development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and even longer.Improving the production efficiency and competitiveness of animal husbandry lays a foundation for the high-quality development of animal husbandry.The United States,Germany,Australia and other developed countries have achieved good results in the modernization and high-quality development of animal husbandry.Based on the systematic analysis of the development status of animal husbandry in these three countries,the existing successful models and typical practices of animal husbandry development in developed countries were summarized,the basic experience of improving the competitiveness of animal husbandry in developed countries was summarized,and the enlightenment and reference significance of developed countries'experience for China were analyzed.
