摘　　要：开展农业国际合作是确保中国粮食安全和推进区域经济一体化的重要举措。中国与东盟作为东亚地区重要的新兴经济体,自正式签署农业合作相关协议以来,双边农业合作机制逐步完善,呈现出“农产品贸易合作是核心,农业投资合作是重要领域,农业科技合作是新亮点”的主要特点,但仍然存在政策体系不完善、农产品贸易不对等、投资规模偏小和技术合作层次低等问题。面对百年未有之变局,中国需统筹农业开放总体布局,推动农业全产业链合作;优化农产品贸易结构,推进产业标准国际互认;确保农业企业主体地位,加强投资引导与保障;夯实基础设施建设,促进区域农业技术互联互通,推动中国—东盟农业国际合作高质量发展,共同提升区域粮食安全保障水平。Carrying out the international cooperation in agriculture is an important measure to ensure China's food security and contribute to global food security.As important emerging economies in East Asia,China and ASEAN have gradually improved the bilateral agricultural cooperation mechanism since the signing of relevant agreements on agricultural cooperation,showing the main features of"agricultural trade cooperation is the core,agricultural investment cooperation is an important area,and agricultural science and technology cooperation is a new highlight".However,there are still problems such as imperfect policy system,unequal trade in agricultural products,small scale of investment and low level of technical cooperation.In the face of the unprecedented changes in a century,China needs to coordinate the overall layout of agricultural opening up,promote cooperation in the whole agricultural industry chain,optimize the structure of agricultural trade,promote mutual recognition of agricultural industry standards,ensure the main position of agricultural enterprises,strengthen investment guidance and guarantee,strengthen infrastructure construction,promote regional agricultural technology interconnection,thus promote the sustainable development of China-ASEAN international cooperation in agriculture,and jointly improve the level of regional food security guarantee.
