摘 要:中线式尾矿库往往具有库容大、边坡稳定性高的优势,但由于对库内及库外砂量平衡关系有严格的要求,在我国工程应用相对较少。以某缺砂型中线式尾矿库为案例,结合尾砂旋流分级试验结果,分析了尾矿库总体筑坝砂量富裕与分阶段筑坝砂量存在欠缺之间的矛盾,采用改良坝轴线位置、下游废石填补、优化堆积坝外坡比等工艺技术措施,实现了尾砂中线式筑坝的顺利实施。在此基础上,对尾矿库进行了全面的空间渗流场模拟及坝体稳定性分析。结论表明:各工况下尾矿坝浸润线均相对较深,尾矿库具有较高的坝体本质安全度。Tailings pond builded by central line method usually has the advantages of large storage capacity and high slope stability.However,due to the strict requirements for the balance of sand volume inside and outside the reservoir,this method has relatively few engineering applications in China.Taking a central line tailing pond of coarse sand deficiency type as an example,combined with the classification test results of hydrocyclones,the contradiction between the overall abundance of damming sand and the deficiency of damming sand by stages is analyzed.The centerline embankment method is successfully implemented by adopting such technological measures as deflecting the dam axis position,filling the downstream dam slope with waste rock,and optimizing the external slope ratio of the dam.On this basis,the spatial seepage field law and dam stability of the tailings pond are comprehensively analyzed.The research conclusion shows that the saturation line of the tailings dam is relatively deep under all working conditions,and the tailings pond has a high level of intrinsic safety.
