摘 要:束状孔爆破是由数个密集平行炮孔同时起爆的一种爆破形式。通过数学模型构建及理论分析的方法,揭示束状孔爆破的增强破岩作用机理。研究了束状孔爆破粉碎圈范围对爆破效果的影响;根据束状孔爆破应力波作用时间、应力波叠加特点,与束状孔当量大孔(ELH)比较,分析束状孔爆破的诱导增强破岩作用、外部增强破岩作用及爆腔的形态转化等规律。束状孔爆破效应(BBE)是在适当束状孔炮孔间距条件下,束状孔爆破产生增强破岩作用的现象。束状孔爆破的增强破岩作用机理包括:产生炮孔的破碎联通、扩大爆腔、应力波叠加、增强诱导裂隙扩展、增强临空面剥离、增强对爆生气体的约束等作用。Bunch-holes is composed of dense parallel holes.Through mathematical model construction and theoretical analysis,the mechanism of enhanced rock-breaking effect of bunch-holes blasting is revealed.In this paper,the influence of crushing range on the blasting effect of bunch-holes blasting is studied.Compared with the equivalent large hole of bunch-holes(ELH),the laws of induced enhanced rock fragment,external enhanced rock fragment and the shape transformation of blasting cavity of bunch-holes are analyzed based on the lasting time and the superposition characteristics of stress wave.Bunch-holes blasting effect(BBE)is the phenomenon of enhancing rock fragment effect induced by bunch-holes blasting under the condition of appropriate holes spacing.The mechanism of enhancing rock fractured by bunch-holes blasting includes:fracturing rock through and connecting the holes,expanding the blasting cavity,superposition of stress waves,enhancing the free surface stripping,and enhancing the constraint of explosive gas and so on.
