摘 要:采用150 mmol/L NaCl溶液模拟盐胁迫,对246份棉花种质资源进行萌发期和苗期盐胁迫试验,基于6项性状指标综合分析棉花种质资源耐盐特点。结果表明,盐胁迫对萌发期种子的胚根伸长有明显抑制作用,对苗期棉花地上部分的生长抑制作用大于地下部分;耐盐性状相关性分析显示,根冠比、胚根长、出苗率和成苗率之间存在较强相关性。通过因子分析,从6个性状中归纳了3个公共因子(萌发期公共因子、苗期公共因子和根相关性状公共因子),公共因子盐胁迫累计贡献率为82.24%。通过聚类分析将盐胁迫下246份棉花材料划分为4类,筛选出10份耐盐材料和14份盐敏材料。棉花萌发期和苗期耐盐性差异分析显示,棉花在两个时期的耐盐性不存在显著相关性;耐盐材料和盐敏材料的鉴定可分别优先选择萌发期和苗期进行。Salt stress test was carried out on 246 cotton germplasm resources at germination and seedling stages by using 150 mmol/L NaCl solution to simulate salt stress.Salt tolerance characteristics of cotton germplasm resources were comprehensively analyzed based on 6 trait indexes.The results showed that salt stress significantly inhibited radicle elongation of seeds at the germination stage,the suppressive effect on cotton above-ground was greater than that of under-ground.Correlation analysis showed that there were strong correlations among the traits of root top ratio,radicle length,emergence rate and seedling rate.Six traits were selected for factor analysis,which were summarized into three principal components.Through factor analysis,3 common factors were summarized from 6 traits including common factors at germination stage,common factors at seedling stage and common factors related to root,and the cumulative contribution rates for common factors of salt stress was 82.24%.After cluster analysis,246 cotton materials under salt stress were divided into 4 categories,10 salt-resistant materials and 14 salt-sensitive materials were selected,respectively.The difference analysis of salt tolerance of cotton at germination stage and seedling stage showed that there was no significant correlation between salt tolerance of cotton at two stages.The identification of salt-tolerant and salt-sensitive materials could be carried out preferentially at germination and seedling stages respectively.
