摘  要:为评价不同草地早熟禾品种种子的耐盐性强弱,筛选耐盐性较好的品种,采用培养皿纸上发芽法,分析比较不同浓度盐溶液对15个草地早熟禾品种种子萌发的影响。结果表明,15个草地早熟禾品种种子的相对发芽率、相对胚芽长、相对胚根长、相对发芽指数、相对活力指数均受到盐胁迫的抑制,呈随盐浓度增加而下降的趋势。除“黄马夹”相对发芽势在0.3%盐溶液下有所提高外,其余品种的相对发芽势均明显低于对照,且盐浓度越高,相对发芽势越低。经隶属函数法评价得出各品种种子萌发耐盐性依次为:“纯绿”>“百思特”>“黄马夹”>“绿夏”>“公园”>“瑞银”>“新哥莱德”>“如意”>“蓝莓”>“布鲁克”>“标致”>“光影”>“优美”>“赛威”>“水晶”。In order to evaluate the salt tolerance of different varieties and to screen the varieties with better salt tolerance,the paper germination method on petri dishes was used to analyze and compare the effects of different concentrations of salt solutions on the seed germination of 15 Poa paratensis L.varieties.The results showed that the relative germination rate,relative germ length,relative radicle length,relative germination index and relative vigor index of 15 Poa paratensis L.varieties were all inhibited by salt stress,and showed a downward trend with the increase of salt solution concentration.Except that the relative germination potential of Yellow Jacket increased in 0.3% salt solution,the relative germination potentials of other varieties were significantly lower than that of ck,and the higher the salt concentration,the lower the relative germination potential.Through the evaluation of membership function method,it was concluded that the order of salt tolerance of seed germination of various varieties from strong to weak was:Pure Green,Best,Yellow Jacket,Green Summer,Park,Ruiyin,New Glade,Ruyi,Blueberry,Brooke,Peugeot,Light and Shadow,Euromyth,Syway,Crystal.
