摘 要:目的 探讨混合现实技术在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术患者术前访视中的应用效果。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2020年8月—2021年5月神经外科收治的68例颅内动脉瘤择期手术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组接受常规术前访视,观察组在常规术前访视的基础上增加混合现实技术干预。比较2组生理指标波动情况、焦虑程度、信息需求以及患者对术前访视的满意度。结果 干预后,观察组手术麻醉前的收缩压、舒张压及心率均低于对照组(t=6.011,P<0.001;t=2.884,P=0.005;t=6.772,P<0.001),术前焦虑程度及信息需求评分均低于对照组(t=13.577,P<0.001;t=4.744,P<0.001)。观察组患者对术前访视的满意度高于对照组(t=-12.169,P<0.001)。结论 在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术患者术前访视中应用混合现实技术,能够缓解患者术前焦虑情绪,减少患者血压及心率的波动,更好地满足患者的信息需求,提升患者对术前访视的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of mixed reality(MR)in the preoperative visit of patients with intracranial aneurysm clipping.Methods Using the convenience sampling method,68 patients with intracranial aneurysm clipping from August 2020 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 34.The control group received routine preoperative visit before operation,while the observation group underwent preoperative visit based on MR technology.The fluctuation of physiological indexes,anxiety,information need and patients′satisfaction with preoperative visit were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(t=6.011,P<0.001;t=2.884,P=0.005;t=6.772,P<0.001),and the anxiety level and preoperative information need of the former group were significantly lower than the latter group(t=13.577,P<0.001;t=4.744,P<0.001).However,the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher that of than the control group(t=-12.169,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of mixed reality in the preoperative visit of intracranial artery clipping can stabilize the systolic blood pressure and heart rate of patients before anesthesia,alleviate their preoperative anxiety and meet their needs for information.
