早期经络穴位按摩在新生儿黄疸预防中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨早期经络穴位按摩对预防新生儿黄疸的效果。方法选取2019年12月-2020年5月在笔者所在医院出生的100例患儿为研究对象,采用单、双号抽签的方式将其分成对照组和观察组,各50例,其中抽取到单号的患儿纳入对照组,抽取到双号的患儿纳入观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加早期经络穴位按摩,比较2组新生儿黄疸发生率、首次胎粪时间、胎粪转黄时间、排便次数、黄疸指数及体质量。结果观察组黄疸发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=14.586,P<0.001),首次胎粪及胎粪转黄时间均早于对照组(t=6.703,P<0.001;t=13.701,P<0.001),排便次数多于对照组(t=4.689,P<0.001),黄疸指数低于对照组(F_(组间)=8.924,P<0.001),体质量高于对照组(t=10.392,P<0.001)。结论经络穴位按摩早期护理干预能降低新生儿黄疸发生率,缩短其首次胎粪时间及胎粪转黄时间,增加排便次数,降低胆红素水平,促进新生儿生长发育。Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention of meridian and acupoint massage on neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 100 children born in our hospital between December 2019 and May 2020 with neonatal jaundice were selected as the research objects.The children were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 50 by drawing lots.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with meridian and acupoint massage.The incidence of neonatal jaundice,the first meconium,the time of meconium turning yellow,defecation times,jaundice index,body weight and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of jaundice of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(χ^(2)=14.586,P<0.001),Meanwhile,the time of the first meconium and meconium turning yellow of the former group were significantly earlier than the latter group(t=6.703,P<0.001;t=13.701,P<0.001).The defecation times of the observation group was significantly more than that of the control group(t=4.689,P<0.001),the jaundice index was lower than that of the control group(F intergroup=8.924,P<0.001),Moreover,the body weight of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=10.392,P<0.001).Conclusion Early nursing intervention of meridian and acupoint massage can reduce the incidence of jaundice,shorten the time of first meconium and meconium turning yellow,reduce bilirubin level,promote the growth and development of newborns.
