先天性马蹄内翻足患儿家庭抗逆力现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨先天性马蹄内翻足患儿家庭抗逆力现状,并分析其影响因素,为针对性干预提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年1月-2022年6月住院治疗的103例先天性马蹄内翻足患儿及家长作为研究对象,应用一般资料问卷、家庭抗逆力评定量表、疾病家庭负担量表、中文版事件相关反刍性沉思问卷对其进行调查。结果 先天性马蹄内翻足患儿家庭抗逆力评定量表总分为(118.53±11.46)分,条目均分为(2.42±0.49)分。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,先天性马蹄内翻足患儿家庭抗逆力与疾病家庭负担及侵入性沉思均呈显著负相关(r=-0.611,r=-0.723),与目的性沉思呈显著正相关(r=0.782);多元线性回归分析结果显示,先天性马蹄内翻足患儿照顾者性别、住院时间、疾病家庭负担、事件相关反刍性沉思为家庭抗逆力水平的独立影响因素(R~2=0.758,_(△)R~2=0.706,F=15.329,P<0.001)。结论 先天性马蹄内翻足患儿家庭抗逆力处于中等偏下水平,有待进一步提高,建议医护人员应针对家庭抗逆力影响因素,积极引导患儿及其家长,提高其家庭抗逆力水平。Objective To explore the current situation of family resilience of children with congenital horseshoe varus(CHV),and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide references for targeted intervention.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,103 CHV children hospitalized in year 2021 and the first half of 2022 were selected,and surveyed using a general information questionnaire,the family resilience assessment scale(FRAS),the family burden scale of diseases(FBSD)and the Chinese version of event-related ruminant inventory(C-ERRI).Results The total score of the family resilience assessment scale for children with congenital clubfoot was 118.53±11.46,and the average score of each item was 2.42±0.49.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the FRAS score was negatively correlated with the FBSD score and invasive meditation significantly(r=-0.611,r=-0.723),but significantly and positively correlated with purposeful meditation(r=0.782).Moreover,according to the multiple linear regression analysis,the gender of caregivers,the length of hospital stay,the scores of FBSD and C-ERRI were the independent factors affecting the family resilience(R 2=0.758,△R 2=0.706,F=15.329,P<0.001).Conclusion The family resilience of CHV children is below the average level,which needs improving.It is suggested that medical staff should take targed measures to increase the family resilience of such children.
