摘  要:针对近海域、适用于浪高±1.5 m、小吨位的小型综合地质勘察船,需要一种具备模块化设计、布置灵活、钻探系统移植方便、对船舶的适配性好等特点的空气动力站。为此,作者对其关键设备—升沉补偿的高压气源系统进行了研究设计。该系统是一种紧凑型、集装箱装载、高防护等级,并集成了空气控制阀组的空气动力站,已完成了厂内充排气试验、高压试验、升沉补偿流程动作试验。试验结果表明,相关参数满足了设计的需求。通过对15 t钻柱升沉补偿空气动力站的研究,为我国小型勘探船在近海进行钻探、勘察、取样等作业提供了更多的窗口时间选择,加快了升沉补偿系统国产化研究的步伐,为后续研究提供了一定的借鉴作用。For the small comprehensive geological survey ship with small tonnage under a wave height of±1.5 m in offshore area,an air power station with modular design,flexible layout,convenient transplantation for drilling system,and good adaptability to ship is needed.Therefor,the authors study and design the key equipment-high pressure air supply system for heaving and sinking compensation.This system is a compact,container-loaded,high protection level air power station integrated with air control valve group and charge&exhaust test,high pressure test and heaving and sinking compensation action test in factory has been completed.The test results show that the relevant parameters can meet the design requirements.Through the study on the air power station for the heaving and sinking compensation of 15 t drill string,it can provide more window time options for small exploration ships in China to carry out drilling,survey,sampling and other operations in the offshore,accelerate the research pace for the localization of heaving and sinking compensation system,and also provides a certain reference for the follow-up study.
