摘 要:针对变压器损耗计算模型复杂、计算量较大、计算精度要求高的问题,提出了建立精细化计算模型的损耗计算方法。分析了传统绕组模型计算损耗产生偏差的原因,并建立变压器绕组的精细化仿真模型,研究变压器油箱、夹件内的损耗分布及热源分布特性。对变压器进行负载损耗试验,结果表明:精细化模型计算得出的负载损耗误差为0.69%,实现了更高的损耗计算精度,为变压器的损耗计算提供了参考。In order to solve problems of complex calculation models,large calculation amount and high calculation accuracy of transformer power loss,the paper puts forward a refined power loss calculation model.It first analyzes the causes of power loss calculation deviation of the traditional winding model,and then builds a refined simulation model of transformer winding to make research on loss distribution and heat source distribution of transformer tanks and clamps.After the load loss test of the transformer,it is found that the load loss error calculated by the refined model is 0.69%which is more accurate than that of the traditional model,providing great reference for transformer power loss calculation.
