摘 要:为了优化传统的空气处理系统设计计算匹配方式,缩短设计计算周期,根据机械式干燥器的工作原理,分析影响空气处理系统的重要因素,并通过仿真与试验对影响因素进行了研究。首先根据其工作原理用AMESim软件构建仿真模型,然后根据空气处理系统的工作过程搭建台架试验平台,最后用试验验证模型的合理可行性。研究结果表明,在室温23℃,没有辅助散热装置的条件下,8540 mm钢管干燥器进气口的温度比5370 mm钢管多下降11.37℃左右,散热效果更好;其泵气时间为87 s左右。较5370 mm钢管多1~2 s,空压机的负荷率只增加了0.66%左右,再生率减少了0.27%左右。对比分析仿真与试验结果,空压机的负荷率和干燥器的再生率误差在0.23%,0.15%左右,其结果具有良好的一致性,可为空气处理系统的设计计算提供参考。In order to optimize the traditional design and calculation matching method of air Processing System and shorten the design and calculation cycle,this paper analyzes the important factors affecting the air Processing System according to the working principle of mechanical dryer,and provides simulation and test to study the influencing factors.Firstly,the simulation model is constructed by AMESim software according to its working principle,then the bench test platform is built according to the working process of the air Processing System,and finally the reasonable feasibility of the model is verified by using the test method.The research results show that under the condition of room temperature 23℃and no auxiliary heat sink,8540 mm steel pipe to the dryer inlet temperature than 5370 mm steel pipe more than the drop of about 11.37℃,and the heat sink effect is better;its pumping time is about 87 s,1~2 seconds more than 5370 mm steel pipe,the load rate of the air compressor only increases about 0.66%,and the regeneration rate decreases about 0.27%;comparing the simulation results with the test results,the error of the load rate of the air compressor and the regeneration rate of the dryer is about 0.23%and 0.15%,and the results have good consistency.It can provide reference for the design calculation of air treatment system.
