摘  要:综合莲蓬头手柄材料及结构特点,设计了1副1模8腔多板式注射模成型,模具使用潜伏式侧浇口对8个型腔进行浇注。为顺利取出成型塑件,模具分3次开模,以驱动机构件完成成型塑件脱模,首先利用液压缸活塞杆驱动外螺纹型芯旋转脱螺纹,其次依靠模具打开动作实施内环槽强制脱模,然后模板打开驱动弯管型芯旋转抽芯,最后推板推出成型塑件实现完全脱模。Based on the material and structural characteristics of the shower nozzle handle,a multiplate injection mould with eight cavities was designed,with a side submarine gate to gate eight cav⁃ities.In order to remove the plastic parts smoothly,the mould was opened for three times to drive the mechanism parts to complete the demoulding of the moulded plastic parts.Firstly,the piston rod of hydraulic cylinder was used to drive the outer thread core to rotate off the thread;secondly,the inner ring groove was forced demoulding by the mould opening action;then the mould plates were opened to drive the bending pipe core to rotate core-pulling,and finally the mould plastic part was ejected by ejector base plate to realise complete demoulding.
