摘 要:基于虚拟现实、混合现实等现代技术,结合高校数控铣的教学大纲,借助3ds Max、Solidworks等建模软件,利用Unity平台与混合现实头盔开发一套数控铣教学系统。系统通过混合现实技术将数控铣“真实”的呈现在学生面前,让学生不受时间与场地的限制对铣床的结构进行拆分与学习,并了解其使用方法,实现学生与设备交互,改变传统教学的授课方式,增加了教学过程的互动性与趣味性。Based on the virtual reality,mixed reality and other modern technology,combined with the teaching syllabus of NC milling machine in universitiy,with 3ds Max,Solidworks and other modeling software,a set of NC milling machine teaching system was developed by using unity plat⁃form and mixed reality helmet.The system realiy presented the NC milling machine in front of stu⁃dents through mixed reality technology,so that students were not limited by time and site of the milling machine structure for split and learning,learned more about its method of application,which achieved the interaction between students and the outside world,changed the traditional teaching way and increased the interactive and interesting in the teaching process.
