摘 要:高速轴向磁通永磁电机在小功率发电机组上有潜在应用前景。为消除齿谐波,高速轴向磁通电机一般采用无槽铁心和环形绕组结构。为了研究该绕组的电感,采用磁势法和绕组函数法给出了该绕组的电感解析表达式,能计入绕组基波和谐波对电感的影响。采用有限元方法验证了电感解析解的正确性。给出的结论对高速轴向磁通电机的后续稳态、瞬态分析提供了理论参考。High-speed axial-flux permanent magnet motors have potential application prospects in low-power generator sets.In order to eliminate tooth harmonics,high-speed axial flux motors generally use slotless iron cores and annular winding structures.In order to study the inductance of the kind of winding,the magnetic potential method and the winding function method were used to give the analytical expression of the inductance of the kind of winding,which could take into account the influence of the fundamental wave and harmonics of the winding on the inductance.The finite element method was used to verify the correctness of the analytical solution of the inductance.The conclusions given in the paper provide a theoretical reference for the subsequent steady-state and transient analysis of high-speed axial-flux permanent magnet motors.
