摘  要:针对大规格齿轮齿形误差溯源困难的问题,提出一种“滚-磨”工艺计算方法,分析砂轮的位置误差(中心距误差、安装角误差、切向误差)、半径误差及齿轮的齿数、螺旋角对齿形误差的影响,并建立磨齿机几何误差传动链模型,对齿轮精度进行测量和补偿。该齿形误差溯源及补偿方法,分析磨齿工艺参数与几何误差之间的关系,经测试其补偿后精度可达GB4级。应用算例分析表明,“滚-磨”工艺计算方法在齿形误差分析时可大大降低计算量和求解难度,能准确获得齿形误差产生的原因,所开发的补偿工艺,可以通过几何误差调整磨齿工艺参数,为大型数控成形磨齿齿形误差溯源及补偿提供科学依据。A method based on the gear hobbing and gear grinding process calculation is proposed to solve the problem of tooth profile error tracing of large wind power gears.The method can analyze the influence of position errors(center-to-center distance errors,installation angle errors,tangential errors),radius errors,teeth number and helical angle on gear teeth profiles.Then the geometric error model can be built.The gear accuracy can be measured and compensated by the teeth profile error tracing method.The algorithm analyzes the relationship between the grinding gear manufacturing parameters and geometric errors.It can be proved that the gear accuracy can be improved to GB4 class after compensation.The application of the numerical example shows:“hobbing-grinding”process calculation method can greatly reduce the amount of calculation and solving difficulty in teeth profile error tracing,and can accurately obtain the cause of teeth profile error.The developed compensation process can use the geometric errors to adjust the grinding gear manufacturing parameters,which provides a scientific basis for teeth profile error tracing and compensation of large CNC forming gears.
