摘 要:“十三五”以来,湖北省厚植发展优势,持续增强农业科技创新动力,在人才、平台、管理和成果等方面取得明显成效。但与当前新形势、新任务、新要求相比,与农业产业强省的目标要求及发达省份相比,湖北省农业科技创新在科技投入、创新活力、成果转化、科企协同等方面尚存在短板。基于此,建议重点从优化资源布局、强化链式攻关、畅通应用渠道、突破机制障碍等方面持续发力,加快解决一批农业“卡脖子”问题,着力打造农业科技创新新优势,全面推进乡村振兴和农业产业强省建设。Since the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,Hubei Province has cultivated its development advantages,continued to enhance the momentum of agricultural science and technology innovation,and achieved obvious results in terms of talents,platforms,management and achievements.However,compared to the current new situation,new tasks,and new requirements,as well as the target of developing a strong agricultural industry and a developed province,Hubei's agricultural science and technology innovation still has shortcomings in terms of science and technology investment,innovation vitality,transformation of results and synergy between science and enterprises.Based on this,it is recommended to focus on optimizing resource distribution,strengthening tackling key problem in chain mode,unblocking application channels,and breaking through institutional barriers to continue efforts,accelerate the resolution of a number of agricultural"bottleneck"problems,focus on creating new advantages in agricultural technology innovation,and comprehensively promote rural vitalization and the construction of a strong agricultural industry province.
