摘　　要：文章介绍了山东省农业科学院在临沂市费县开展“科教兴村”活动的实践探索,凝练总结了工作经验与启示,提出了努力提高科研人员服务农村农民的意识和能力、继续加大科技成果转化与推广力度、建立更加科学的运行机制等进一步推进“科教兴村”的建议,以期提高农业科研单位科技服务基层的工作成效,进一步打通科技进村入户的通道,并为同类农业科研单位提供参考。This paper introduced the practice and exploration of Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences in carrying out the"Promoting Rural Revitalization through Science and Education"in Fei County,Linyi City,summarized work experience and inspiration,and put forward suggestions for further promoting"science and education in villages",such as striving to improve the awareness and ability of scientific researchers to serve rural farmers,continuing to increase the transformation and promotion of scientific and technological achievements,and establishing a more scientific operating mechanism.The aim is to improve the effectiveness of agricultural research institutions in serving the grass-roots,to open up further the channels for science and technology to enter villages and households,and to provide a reference for similar agricultural research institutes.
