地方农业科研院所加强国际科技交流合作的实践与思考——以河北省农林科学院滨海农业研究所为例

摘　　要：国际科技交流合作对推动农业科技创新、成果转移转化和人才培养等具有重要作用。文章以河北省农林科学院滨海农业研究所为例,分析了其国际科技交流合作中存在的主要问题,从提高国际交流积极性、提高语言沟通能力、创新交流方式等方面介绍了经验做法并提出了建议,以期为地方农业科研院所开展国际科技交流合作工作提供参考。International science and technology exchange and cooperation is important in promoting agricultural science and technology innovation,transferring and transforming achievements,and cultivating talents.The article takes the Institute of Coastal Agriculture,Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as an example,analyzes the main problems in its international science and technology exchange and cooperation,introduces the experience and practices,and puts forward suggestions in terms of enhancing the enthusiasm of international exchange,improving language communication ability and innovating communication methods,in order to provide references for local agricultural research institutes to carry out international science and technology exchange and collaboration.
