摘　　要：建设高水平基层党组织队伍是推动科研单位高质量发展的核心要素。基层党组织纪检委员作为党的纪检干部队伍的重要组成部分,其工作成效关系着整个单位的发展。文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,从提升纪检委员履责能力、强化纪检委员履责工作的实际需要出发,深入开展调查研究,分析了当前形势下基层党组织纪检委员工作难点,并从人员队伍建设、履责能力水平、履责工作质效、考核培训机制等方面提出了加强纪检委员工作的对策建议,以期为后续考核评价及培训设计提供参考。Building a high-level grassroots party organization team is a core element in promoting the high-quality development of scientific institutes.The disciplinary inspection committee members of grassroots party organizations,as an important component of the party's disciplinary inspection cadre team,their work effectiveness is related to the development of the entire institute.The article takes Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,starting from the actual needs of improving the ability of disciplinary inspection commissioners to fulfill their responsibilities and strengthening their work,conducts in-depth investigation and research,analyzes the difficulties in the work of disciplinary inspection commissioners in grassroots party organizations under the current situation,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the work of disciplinary inspection commissioners from aspects such as personnel team construction,level of performance ability,quality and effectiveness of performance work,and assessment and training mechanisms,to provide a reference for subsequent assessment,evaluation,and training design.
