浅析进一步发挥科研单位思想政治工作的积极作用——基于江苏省农业科学院问题线索处置工作视角下的思考

摘　　要：文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,基于纪检监察工作的视角,总结了在相关问题线索处置和案件办理过程中发现的职工思想政治方面存在的问题以及通过思想政治工作解决问题所取得的成效,并结合科研单位实际,从确保高质高效、强化履职尽责、消除问题病灶等方面提出了进一步发挥思想政治工作积极作用的对策建议,以期为科研单位开展思想政治工作提供借鉴参考。Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,based on the perspective of discipline inspection and supervision work,the article summarizes the ideological and political problems found in the handling of relevant problem clues and casehandling processes of employees,as well as the results achieved through ideological and political work to solve the issues.Based on the actual situation of scientific research institutes,countermeasures,and suggestions were proposed to further play the positive role of ideological and political work in ensuring high quality and efficiency,strengthening duty performance,and eliminating problem areas,in order to provide a reference for scientific research institutes to carry out ideological and political work.
