摘　　要：文章从科研院所办公室工作的视角,阐述了保障科研人员科研时间的重要意义,分析了办公室人员在保障科研人员科研时间方面存在的问题,提出了提高思想认识、加强业务学习、注重数据整理、强化协作互助、创新管理举措等保障科研人员科研时间的建议,以期为科研院所办公室保障科研人员科研时间,提升工作质效提供参考。From the perspective of office work in scientific research institutes,this paper expounded the significance of guaranteeing the scientific research time of researchers,analyzed the problems of the office staff in the above work,and put forward suggestions,including improving ideological understanding,strengthening academic learning,focusing on data collation,strengthening cooperation and mutual assistance,innovating management measures and optimizing detail services.It is hoped that this will provide a reference for offices in scientific research institutes to guarantee the research time of researchers and improve the quality and efficiency of their work.
