摘 要:目的总结磁石、禹余粮、自然铜以及赭石的炮制历史沿革与现代化学转化机理,为此4种含铁矿物药后续炮制研究及临床应用提供理论依据。方法查阅古今文献,对相关记载进行整理归纳。结果与结论4种药物古代炮制多为煅制、水飞,也有醋淬等加辅料炮制方法,其炮制机理均为铁元素发生了价态的变化,增加了溶出率及有效成分的相对含量,同时去除有害成分,达到减毒增效的作用。Objective To summarize the processing history and modern chemical transformation mechanism of Magnetitum,Limonite,Pyrite and Hematite,so as to provide theoretical basis for the follow-up processing research and clinical application of four iron containing mineral drugs.Methods Consult the ancient and modern literature,sort out and summarize the relevant records.Results and Conclusion In ancient times,the four kinds of drugs were mostly processed by calcination,water flying,and other processing Methods with auxiliary materials like vinegar quenching.The processing mechanism was that the valence state of iron changed,which increased the dissolution rate and the relative content of effective components,and removed the harmful components,to reduce toxicity and increase efficiency.
