摘　　要：介绍了南通大学附属医院老门诊楼与原急诊楼改造项目的背景,从顶层设计、组织架构、建设理念、职责划分、实施步骤等方面介绍了具体做法,总结了该项目的创新性,从医疗管理部门的角度探索了现代化医院的建设理念在急诊医学中心改造中的应用。It introduces the background of the reconstruction project of the old outpatient building and the original emergency building of the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University,expounds the specific methods from the aspects of top-level design,organizational structure,construction concept,division of responsibilities,and implementation steps,and summarizes the innovation of the project.Explores the application of modern hospital construction concept in the reconstruction of emergency medical center from the perspective of medical management department.
