摘  要:通过对封头锻件关键成形方法和控制难点进行综合分析,首次提出了“全断面镦粗+十字进砧压实+旋转进砧压实”主变形控制新方法和拉深成形整体模具结构设计方案。结合工艺性分析,建立了有限元模型,对锻透压实工艺方案的可靠性进行了仿真分析,多角度分析了拉深成形阶段影响封头壁厚变化的关键因素,重点分析了模具间隙、凹模圆角和模具润滑条件对各部减薄量的影响规律,对新方案压实工艺参数控制和采用整体模具结构设计的成形效果及质量进行了预测。最终确了定最优主变形锻透压实方案和整体模具结构设计,并通过生产试制验证了工艺参数及成形工艺的合理性。Through the comprehensive analysis of the key forming methods and control difficulties of head forgings,a new main deformation integral method of“full section upsetting+cross inlet anvil compaction+rotary inlet anvil compaction”and a structural design scheme of the integral die of deep drawing were proposed for the first time.Combined with the analysis of technology capability,the finite element model was established,the reliability of forging through compaction process was simulated and analyzed,and the key factors affecting the change of wall thickness of the head were analyzed from multiple angles in the deep drawing forming stage,and the influence laws of die clearance,die fillet and die lubrication conditions on the thinning amount of each part were analyzed emphatically.The forming effect and quality of the new scheme based on the control of compaction process parameters and the design of integral die structure were predicted.Finally,the optimal main deformation forging and compaction scheme and the integral mold structure design were determined,and the rationality of process parameters and forming process was verified through production trial production.
