摘 要:通过理论分析和数值模拟探究了滑移线缺陷的形成机理和滑动过程,分析了影响滑移线产生的相关因素。采用田口法设计正交试验研究了凸模圆角半径、压边力差值、摩擦因数、拔模角度和板料厚度等因素对滑移线的影响程度,通过控制变量法研究了凸模圆角半径、压边力差值、摩擦因数和拔模角度对滑移线的影响规律。结果表明,各因素对滑移线的影响程度为:压边力差值>拔模角度>凸模圆角半径>板料厚度>摩擦因数。得到了凸模圆角半径、压边力差值、摩擦因数和拔模角度等对滑移线的影响趋势,并应用影响规律解决前顶盖滑移线问题,为滑移线的控制提供了参考。Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the formation mechanism and sliding process of skid line defects were explored and the related factors affecting the generation of skid line were analyzed.The orthogonal tests were designed by using Taguchi method to study the influence degree of the punch fillet radius,blank holder force difference,friction factor,draft angle,sheet thickness and other factors on skid line.The influence laws of punch fillet radius,blank holder force difference,friction factor and draft angle on the skid line were studied by control variable method.The results show that the influence degree of each factor on the skid line is:blank holder force difference>draft angle>punch fillet radius>sheet thickness>friction factor.The influence trend of punch fillet radius,blank holder force difference,friction factor and draft angle on the skid line is obtained,and the influence law was applied to solve the problem of the front cover skid line,which provided reference for the solution of skid line.
