摘 要:为研究非连续性结构对弯曲回弹的影响规律,以DP980高强钢板为研究对象,开展了不同非连续性结构板材弯曲过程的有限元数值模拟,分析了不同凹槽厚度、宽度以及位置对弯曲回弹的影响规律,并进行了U型弯曲试验验证。结果表明:合理的非连续性结构可以减少弯曲成形件的回弹;U型弯曲回弹角随着凹槽厚度的增加逐渐增大,随着凹槽宽度的增加逐渐减小;在相同的凹槽厚度和宽度下,凹槽位置设在凸模圆角处时,回弹角比凹槽位置设在凹模圆角处时大。实验与数值模拟结果变化趋势基本一致。To study the effect laws of discontinuous structure on the bending springback,the DP980 high strength steel sheet was taken as the research object,and the finite element numerical simulation of bending process of sheets with different discontinuous structures was carried out.The effect laws of different groove thicknesses,widths and positions on the bending springback were analyzed and then verified by the U-bending test.The results show that the reasonable discontinuous structure can reduce the springback of the bending parts,and the U-shaped bending springback angle gradually increases with the increase of the groove thickness,and gradually decreases with the increase of the groove width.Under the same groove thickness and width,when the groove position is set at the rounded corner of the punch,the springback angle is larger than that when the groove position is set at the rounded corner of the die.The change trend of experiment and numerical simulation results is basically consistent.
