摘 要:为获得选区激光熔化成型力学性能更为优异的体心立方点阵结构模型,综合考虑多种结构参数的交互作用,通过响应曲面法分析了单胞杆径、杆长和杆倾斜角度等结构参数对点阵结构力学性能的影响。建立了结构参数与抗压强度及弹性模量关系的数学模型,进而优化得到最佳结构参数并进行试验验证。结果表明,单胞杆径对力学性能影响最大,随着单胞杆径的增大,点阵结构抗压强度与弹性模量增大,抗压强度最大为241.86 MPa,弹性模量最大为4.384 GPa。优化得到最佳结构参数为杆径Φ1.5 mm、杆长3 mm、杆倾斜角度60°,测得抗压强度为341.129 MPa,弹性模量为5.535 GPa,与优化前相比,抗压强度提高了41.044%,弹性模量提高了26.255%。与预测值相比,抗压强度与弹性模量的误差分别为2.194%和3.082%,两者相差很小,力学性能得到一定的提升。To obtain the body centered cubic(BCC)lattice structure model with better mechanical properties for selective laser melting(SLM)forming,comprehensively considering the interaction of various structural parameters,through the response surface method,the effects of structural parameters such as single cell rod diameter,rod length and rod inclination angle on the mechanical properties of lattice structure were analyzed.The mathematical models of the relationship between structural parameters and compressive strength and elastic modulus were established,and then the optimal structural parameters were optimized and verified by tests.The results show that the single cell rod diameter has the greatest influence on the mechanical properties.The compressive strength and elasticity modulus of lattice structure increase with the increase of the single cell rod diameter,the maximum compressive strength is 241.86 MPa and the maximum elasticity modulus is 4.384 GPa.The optimum structural parameters are as follows:rod diameter isΦ1.5 mm,rod length is 3 mm and rod inclination angle is 60°.The measured compressive strength and elasticity modulus are 341.129 MPa and 5.535 GPa,respectively.Compared with before optimization,the compressive strength and elastic modulus are increased by 41.044%and 26.255%,respectively.Compared with the predicted values,the errors of compressive strength and elasticity modulus are 2.194%and 3.082%,respectively.The difference between them is very small,and the mechanical properties are improved to a certain extent.
