摘  要:为了研究低速冲击载荷下碳纤维复合材料-铝(CFRP-Al)多胞薄壁管的吸能特性,进行了单胞混合管的落锤冲击实验及有限元可靠性验证,提出了多胞混合管的模型设计方案。探讨了肋板数目、CFRP缠绕角度、胞元壁厚和CFRP层数对多胞混合管轴向抗冲击性能的影响规律。结果表明,加入肋板结构后,多胞混合管的最大压溃距离较单胞混合管下降了44.2%,抗变形能力明显提高。缠绕角度为[60°/-60°/90°]的多胞混合管表现出最佳的综合耐撞性能。当CFRP与Al管厚度比t C∶t Al为3∶4~9∶4时,比值越大,抗变形能力越强,比值越小,吸能性越好。运用灰色关联方法计算了不同权重方案下的灰色关联度,对各多胞混合管的综合耐撞性进行了排序及评价。评价结果表明,肋板数目越多,胞元壁厚越小,多胞混合管的耐撞性越好。To study the energy absorption characteristics of carbon fiber reinforced-Aluminum(CFRP-Al)multi-cell thin-walled tubes under low speed impact load,the drop hammer impact experiments and finite element reliability verification of the single-cell hybrid tube were carried out.A model design scheme of multi-cell hybrid tubes was proposed.The effect laws of the number of ribs,CFRP winding angle,cell wall thickness and the number of CFRP layers on the axial impact resistance of multi-cell hybrid tubes were investigated.The results show that after adding rib structure,the maximum collapse distance of the multi-cell hybrid tube is 44.2%lower than that of the single-cell hybrid tube,and the anti-deformation of the multi-cell hybrid tube is obviously improved.The best comprehensive crashworthiness is found with winding angle of[60°/-60°/90°].When the thickness ratio of CFRP to Al tube t C∶t Al is between 3∶4 and 9∶4,the larger the ratio is,the better the anti-deformation ability is,and the smaller the ratio is,the better the energy absorption ability is.By using grey relational method,the grey relational degree with different weight schemes was calculated,and the comprehensive crashworthiness of each multi-cell hybrid tubes was ranked and evaluated.The evaluation results show that the more the number of ribs is,and the smaller the cell wall thickness is,the better the crashworthiness of multi-cell hybrid tubes is.
