摘　　要：RhD血型不匹配异基因造血干细胞移植在我国发生率很低,同时匮乏的RhD阴性血液资源难以满足这一类患者的输血需求。作者梳理了RhD血型不匹配的造血干细胞移植时RhD血型输血选择、临床预后及预防同种抗体产生方法的文献,以期为这类患者输血尤其是应急情况下输血时RhD血型选择提供依据。The incidence of RhD mismatched allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in China is very low.At the same time,the scarcity of RhD-negative blood resources makes it difficult to meet the transfusion needs of this group of patients.In order to provide basis for RhD blood group selection in blood transfusion,especially in emergency,this paper reviews the literature on RhD blood group selection,clinical outcomes and methods to prevention of alloantibody production in RhD mismatched hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
