摘  要:在双碳政策背景下,推动玉米秸秆能源化利用,既可破解玉米秸秆露天焚烧对环境的污染问题,又可替代燃煤减少碳排放。针对中国玉米秸秆的产量和产区等资源情况,玉米秸秆的成分及特性,玉米秸秆能源化利用的相关政策、市场、收储、技术等方面存在的主要问题,对玉米秸秆能源化利用的市场运作模式及技术路线进行了分析,提出根据实际情况做好玉米秸秆综合利用专项规划,因地制宜推广玉米秸秆能源化利用,建立收储运的全产业链模式,为不同的需求确定相应的玉米秸秆能源化利用方案等对策。Under the background of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality policy,promoting the energy utilization of corn stalks can solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by open burning of corn stalks,and can also replace coal burning to reduce carbon emissions.According to the resource situation of corn stalk production and production areas in China,the composition and characteristics of corn stalk,and the main problems in relevant policies,market,storage,technology and other aspects of corn stalk energy utilization,this paper analyzed the market operation mode and technical route of the energy utilization of corn stalks,and proposed to make a special plan for the comprehensive utilization of corn stalks according to the actual local conditions,promote the energy utilization of corn stalks according to local conditions,establish a whole industry chain model of collection,storage and transportation,and determine the corresponding energy utilization schemes of corn stalks according to different needs.
