摘  要:工业水泵系统在社会经济发展中占有很重要的地位,被广泛应用于工业领域。中国泵类设备用电量约占全国用电量的20%,使用效率比发达国家低10%~30%,具有很大节能潜力。主要针对目前工业水泵系统运行现状及存在问题,围绕水泵高效置换、合理匹配、流量调节、叶轮优化、管路优化、定期检修、加强管理7种工业水泵系统节能途径进行了分析,并结合A工厂采用量身定制的KSB高效率离心泵替代现有低效泵节能改造的案例,分析了节能效果,为今后工业水泵系统更好地进行节能改造提供参考。Industrial water pump system plays a very important role in the social and economic development,which is widely used in the industrial field.In China,the electricity consumption of pump equipment accounts for about 20%of the national electricity consumption,and the use efficiency is 10%-30%lower than that of developed countries,which is of great energy saving potential.Based on the current operation status and existing problems of industrial water pump system,this paper analyzed seven energy-saving approaches of industrial water pump system,namely efficient replacement of water pump,reasonable matching,flow regulation,impeller optimization,pipeline optimization,regular maintenance and strengthening management.Combined with the case of A factory using customized KSB high-efficiency centrifugal pump to replace the existing low-efficiency pump energy-saving transformation,it analyzed the energy-saving effect,which can provide reference for the future industrial water pump system to carry on the energy saving transformation better.
