摘　　要：通过对一家氧化铝企业进行能源审计,归纳了企业在能源管理、工艺设备、余热余能等方面存在的问题,提出了整改意见和节能措施,并在此基础上对该企业进行了SWOT分析,提出了“十四五”节能规划。Through the energy audit of an alumina enterprise,this paper summarized the problems existing in energy management,process equipment,waste heat and waste energy of the enterprise,proposed rectification opinions and energy-saving measures,carried out the SWOT analysis of the enterprise on this basis,and proposed"14th Five-Year"energy-saving planning.
