摘  要:选煤厂粗煤泥回收系统弧形筛分选效率低,导致洗选粗精煤泥中高灰细泥产品含泥量高、精煤回收率偏低以及粗精煤灰分不稳定等问题。在对粗煤泥回收工艺及存在问题进行分析的基础上,提出用ZKJ1408-D5叠层高频振动细筛替换原有的弧形筛对粗煤泥回收系统进行升级改造,并对ZKJ1408-D5叠层高频振动细筛结构特点、升级改造后的洗选工艺流程以及改造效果等进行了分析。升级改造后,粗煤泥回收系统生产效率及运行可靠性得以明显提升,筛下跑粗、重介精煤背灰等问题得以有效解决,不但降低了后续浮选生产成本,而且提高了精煤回收率。升级改造取得了较为显著的效果。The low separation efficiency of the arc screen in the coarse slime recovery system of the coal preparation plant leads to problems such as high sludge content of the high-ash fine slime products in washing coarse and fine slime,low recovery rate of clean coal,and instability of the coarse and fine ash content.Based on the analysis of the coarse slime recovery process and existing problems,it was proposed to replace the original arc screen with ZKJ1408-D5 laminated high frequency vibrating fine screen to upgrade and transform the coarse slime recovery system,and the structural characteristics of ZKJ1408-D5 laminated high frequency vibrating fine screen,the washing process after upgrading and transformation,and the transformation effect were analyzed.After upgrading and transformation,the production efficiency and operation reliability of the coarse slime recovery system have been significantly improved,and the problems of coarse run under the screen and heavy medium clean coal back ash have been effectively solved,which not only reduces the subsequent flotation production costs,but also improves the clean coal recovery rate.The upgrading and transformation have achieved relatively remarkable results.
