摘　　要：为有效解决三沟鑫都煤业1501机巷非机械化掘进锚杆支护巷道临时支护的难题,在深入分析现有锚杆支护巷道临时支护诸如点柱、吊环前探梁等临时支护方式优缺点、实用性、可靠性的基础上,提出了利用钢筋梯作为承载U型槽、配活动U型卡与方形钢临时支护前探梁设计。经过现场实践和改进,该双U型钢筋配方钢前探梁临时支护设计方案效果理想,实用性和可靠性显著,能有效解决1501机巷空顶作业难题。In order to effectively solve the problem of the temporary support of the bolt supporting roadway in the non-mechanized driving of 1501 machine roadway of Sangou Xindu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages,practicability and reliability of the existing temporary support methods of the bolt supporting roadway,such as the point column,the front probe beam of the lifting ring,etc.,the design of using the steel ladder as the bearing U-shaped slot,equipped with movable U-shaped cards and the front probe beam of the square steel temporary support was proposed.Through field practice and improvement,the design scheme of temporary support for double U-shaped concrete iron equipped with square steel front probe beam is ideal,has significant practicality and reliability,which can effectively solve the problem of unsupported roof operation in 1501 machine roadway.
