摘 要:GmNARK(Nodule autoregulation receptor kinase)对植物发育及植物与微生物间相互交流具有重要调控作用,是结瘤自动调节(Nodulation,AON)过程中最重要的调节因子之一。文章通过GmNARK蛋白三级结构及其定位信息预测,对GmNARK基因家族进行鉴定及功能预测。结果表明,GmNARK主要定位于细胞质中,其三级结构存在多处α-螺旋和β-折叠区域。家族成员分别分布在10条染色体上,同时有两个相同结构域(Malectin和Pkinase_Tyr)及相似基序分布。共线性分析表明该家族基因发生8次复制事件。通过启动子顺式作用元件和基因表达模式对NARK基因家族成员功能进行预测表明其对光反应具有调控作用,对植物激素和植物生长存在潜在调节机制,不同亚族成员表达模式不同。GmNARK(Nodule autoregulation receptor kinase)played an important role in regulating plant development and communication between plants and microorganisms,and was one of the most important regulatory factors in nodulation(AON)process.In this paper,the GmNARK gene family was identified and functionally analyzed by predicting the tertiary structure and localization information of GmNARK protein.The results showed that GmNARK was mainly localized in the cytoplasm,and there were manyα-helical andβ-folded regions in its tertiary structure.The family members were distributed on ten chromosomes,respectively,with two same domains(Malectin and Pkinase_Tyr)and similar motif distribution.Collinearity analysis showed that eight replication events occurred in the family gene.Predicting the function of members of the NARK gene family through promoter cis-acting elements and gene expression patterns indicated that it had a regulatory effect on light response,and had a potential regulatory mechanisms for plant hormones and plant growth,with different expression patterns among members of different subgroups.
