高产抗病夏大豆新品种淮豆15的选育及栽培要点

摘　　要：淮豆15是江苏徐淮地区淮阴农业科学研究所和南京农业大学以周04012-6为母本,齐黄34为父本经有性杂交,单籽粒传法选育而成的高产抗病夏大豆新品种。2018—2019年参加淮北夏大豆(淮阴农科所科企)联合体区域试验,2年平均产量为3138 kg/hm^(2),较对照品种徐豆13增产6.3%;2020年参加江苏省淮北夏大豆(淮阴农科所科企)联合体生产试验,平均产量为3154.5 kg/hm^(2),较对照品种徐豆13增产8.1%。2021年通过江苏省农作物品种审定委员会审定,审定编号为苏审豆20210021。该品种籽粒蛋白质含量为40.8%,脂肪含量为20.7%。经接种鉴定,中抗大豆花叶病毒SC3和SC7株系,适宜在江苏淮北地区作夏大豆推广种植。Huaidou 15 was a new summer soybean cultivar with high-yield and disease resistance bred by Jiangsu Xuhuai Area Huaiyin Institute of Agricultural Sciences and Nanjing Agricultural University with Zhou 04012-6 as the female parent and Qihuang 34 as the male parent through sexual hybridization and single-seed transmission method.From 2018 to 2019,it participated in the regional trial of Huaibei summer soybean(Huaiyin Institute of Agricultural Sciences,Science and Enterprise)consortium.The average yield of the two years was 3138 kg/hm^(2),which was 6.3%higher than the control cultivar Xudou 13.In 2020,it participated in the production trial of Jiangsu Huaibei summer soybean(Huaiyin Institute of Agricultural Sciences,Science and Enterprise)consortium,with an average yield of 3154.5 kg/hm^(2),which was 8.1%higher than the control cultivar Xudou 13.In 2021,it passed the approval of Jiangsu Crop Variety Approval Committee,and the approval number was Sushendou 20210021.The seed protein content of this cultivar was 40.8%,and the fat content was 20.7%.After inoculation and identification,it was moderately resistant to soybean mosaic virus SC3 and SC7 strains,and suitable for summer soybean cultivation in Huaibei area of Jiangsu Province.
