摘　　要：为了减少海洋井口套管悬挂器密封失效事故,设计了一种新型的海洋高压套管悬挂器密封结构。该悬挂器上部密封结构采用全金属结构,且形成两道密封,相对以往密封结构,该结构属于分体式密封方式,保证密封的性能。芯轴最大应力及变形在许可范围内,芯轴承载强度合格。另外对上部密封装置进行了有限元计算,密封结构整体接近屈服状态,而最大应力小于该屈服强度值,验证所设计的密封结构满足现场使用要求。In order to reduce the seal failure accident of offshore wellhead casing hanger,a new seal structure of offshore high pressure casing hanger is designed in this paper.The upper seal structure of the hanger adopts an all-metal structure and forms two seals.Compared with the previous seal structure,this structure belongs to a split seal mode to ensure the sealing performance.The maximum stress and deformation of the mandrel are within the allowable range,and the bearing strength of the mandrel is qualified.In addition,the finite element calculation of the upper sealing device shows that the whole sealing structure is close to the yield state,and the maximum stress is less than the yield strength value.It is verified that the designed sealing structure meets the field requirements.
